S.O.S – 4m SLS

Is anyone looking for hair transplant surgery or a wig store or shear devotion?  Mean time I should probably buy a big baseball hats, best lint brush and a great vacuum cleaner.

Do I talk sense ? wait, do I have Gaslighting effect ? am I “crazy” and “paranoid” or “too sensitive” or “overly emotional”?

“I Think I Found The Culprit” behind me being paranoid, its my hair thinning effect. It is causing more stress when I treat my hair like a baby.

I Decided to big Chop It All Off. Does cutting your hair short or shaving it help prevent hair loss? My answer is “No”. I have had my hair cut quite a few times as I thought that would help maintain the health of my hair, but still it continues to fall out.

It doesn’t matter whether I comb or just touch it. It looks and feels thinner. It seemed like there were more strands on my carpet then there were on my head. I Remember: the average person loses about 100 strands of hair per day, but that’s just average. I could very well be above average

I’m eating really healthy, but my hair just keeps falling out. It’s causing so much stress in my life. I just can’t seem to stop obsessing about my hair loss, and it’s driving me nuts!

I’ve decided to go natural, means no longer straightening my hair with heat or chemicals. No more relaxers, no more hot combs, no more flat irons , no curling iron . It put me in a horrible mood because my shedding is showing no signs of even slowing down.
Regardless of how much conditioner, oil, or product I slathered on, it was no help. It was dry, frizzy and almost unmanageable. And split ends … let’s not even go there!

After trying all the stuff finally I found myself a great logic Ta-da its “Dish soap & a Laundry detergent”.. yes U heard me right.

I washed my Hair With Dish Soap ? Have You Ever Washed Your Hair With Washing-up Liquid? No judgement here.We all say no first without even thinking it for a second..let me tell you what I found, then you are going to say YES to my question.

I’m obsess over the little ingredient that goes into a shampoo bottle . I started looking at the back of the shampoo bottle labels. There i found this common ingredient found in tons of household items including laundry detergent, dish soap, toothpaste … the list goes on.
If you don’t believe me, just read your labels. (I did.). The culprit is sulfates which are usually listed as sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate and abbreviated as SLS.

The Bad “SULFATE” Guys

For this reason alone I would opt for sulfate-free shampoo. I don’t want to wash my hair, skin with the same detergent that cleans my clothes and dishes.I’ve started using sulfate-free shampoo, body soap, and body wash exclusively and I have definitely noticed less flare-ups and dry scalp/dry skin.My hair is less frizzy, and my body feels softer — my hair even seems to respond better to my other hair products after each shampoo!

My hair hasn’t shed in months and I’m enjoying. Hair loss has turned into a journey of embracing the real, and slightly less high-maintenance, me

The list of sulfate free shampoo is not complete. there are many great products on the market that didn’t make it on my list..

Even the cheapest sulfate free shampoo can do magic for your hair, wash it. These Shampoos might make your hair look and feel healthier, but of-course they won’t put more hairs on your head.

Browse online and get the shampoo which is best for u and for your beautiful hair with in your budget..

Happy shopping … We all deserve a better hair & skin..keep glowing
